US-285 Corridor, Colorado

Where We Work

We run the full 285 corridor from the Denver foothills to the upper South Platte canyon. If you're in the mountains southwest of Denver, we're your crew.

285 Corridor & Surrounding Communities

Our primary service area follows US-285 from Littleton through Conifer, Pine, Bailey, and up into the South Platte canyon. We also cover Evergreen and the Bear Creek drainage to the north, and Idaho Springs via 103 to the east.

Upper South Platte Canyon

The heart of our work — dense timber, steep terrain, and the highest wildfire risk on the corridor.

What to Expect

Properties Up to 20 Acres

We work residential and rural properties up to 20 acres. Larger tracts can be scoped on a case-by-case basis — contact us to discuss.

Steep & Technical Terrain

Our Vermeer S450TX stand-on tracked loader reaches driveways and slopes that standard equipment can't access. No job is too steep.

Fast Turnaround on Compliance Jobs

Got a non-compliance letter with a deadline? We prioritize insurance compliance jobs and can often schedule within the week.

Not Sure If You're in Our Area?

Send us your address. If we can get there, we will. We've worked properties well off the main corridor when the job is the right fit.
